What information is needed to order?

As soon as the baby arrives, you can order from our site. A typical stork bundle or carriage cloud comes with the baby's first and middle name, weight, length, and the date of birth. However, the bundle keepsake can be personalized so you can treasure forever. We also need you to provide us with the delivery address, phone number, and building/gate code (if applicable). Remember there is no need for someone to be home when the stork yard sign is delivered or picked-up.

How far in advance should I order?

Baby Stork MD receives orders 24/7 and strives to deliver your sign within 24 - 48 hours of you placing your order. You may reserve your sign in advance, including the baby's expected due date. Contact us whenever you are ready to make your BIG announcement!

Our personalized KEEPSAKE door bundle (https://www.babystorkmd.com/product-page/bundle-only)is the perfect size to hang on the apartment, condo, house or office door with birth information for the new parents or grandparents (Stork not Included). Can be mailed within the United States.

Where is the Stork or Carriage placed?

We use our best judgement regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility. If there is a specfic spot you would like for the sign to be place. Please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I change the location of the stork or carriage?

Accepted Answer

Please DO NOT move or remove the signs as damage may occur. If you would like the sign removed, please call us (240) 863-2873 and we will make arrangements to pick it up as soon as possible.

Yes, we have Baby Stork MD EGIFT (https://squareup.com/gift/0T9TGTCQ03C64/order)cards available. Customers can order from our eGIFT card order page, where they can choose any amount, time of delivery, add a personal message and the recipient's information. Customer will also enter their payment information and receive an email comformation of their order. Customers can check their eGIFT card balance from the original eGIFT card email by clicking on the "View Your eGIFT" card button. The page will have information about the card balance, transaction history, methods for redemption, and the original gifting message.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If an error is made on our behalf, we will gladly correct the order at no cost. If an error is made on your end, the order can be remade for a nominal fee. In rare circumstances where a refund is approved. Such as purchased placed during a posted "No Deliveries Available" notice. The refund will be issued minus Square's transaction fees of 2.9% + 30¢ per online transaction. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order so we can help correct it promptly.

Our baby shower stork is a great way to greet your guest. The one day rental include a basic sign "The Shower is Here!" or personalize a keepsake bundle for mommy-to-be to treasure forever. Discounts available if purchased with a newborn stork rental.

The rental include a basic sign "It's a Grandson/Gradndaughter" allows Grandparents the opportunity to announce to their friends and neighbors that they are proud Grandparents or personalize a keepsake bundle to tresure forever. Yes, we offer proud brother and sister sibling star/cloud keepsake announcement that would be displayed next to the stork. The sibling have their new roles as Mommy's little helper. They also enjoying seeing their names in the yard too and want to be apart of all the excitement. Don't forget the family pet too...

What do you do for a gender reveal party?

Why not unveil the baby's gender at the party? Parents-to-be can keep the suspense until they unveil the bundle with family and friends about the gender of their baby. The bundle will be covered with a chic burlap bag tied with a bow.
